RESEARCH
Sincharta stores anonymised data from all users. If users wish to contribute their set of data to the Sincharta pool they are able to do this and on that basis they can use this data pool to benchmark their service. This offers a rich source of data about counselling: demographics of clients, effectiveness of service based on outcome measures, type of counselling, attendance and service use. This data set offers a very promising resource for research and benchmarking of services. Since the data sets are stored anonymously there is no threat to confidentiality while allowing for in-depth investigation of all aspects of therapeutic interventions |
