SINCHARTA USERS INCLUDE:
- School counselling services which provides counsellors in multiple locations. The staff team enter their notes using Tablet/Notebooks from the school and everything is securely saved and accessible from the main office.
- Employee Assistance Programme Providers who receives the calls at the main telephone centre and who allocates clients to counsellors in different parts of the country entering their details securely onto the Sincharta system for the counsellor to pick up and use to enter her notes
- A marriage counselling service to support counsellors working in different offices. Now the records do not need to be kept locally. One computer gives them all the back-office they need
- Individual practitioners some working in an office some working from their home. Now notes and files are secure and confidential and even if other people use the computer or the computer breaks down their client information is completely secure and protected
